In response to the popularization of smart phones and the widespread use of APPs, the Fire Department of the Interior Ministry has established the "119 Reporting App" for free downloading by the people throughout the country. The APP will be directly transferred to the local 119 police station according to the location of the reporter.

In the 119 reporting APP, people with disabilities can build their personal basic information and update status, provide voice reports, text reports, positioning, photos and videos to 119 in various places in a simple way.

Using the 119 reporting APP can greatly shorten not only the content of the report but also the time.
