Since Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (also known as Wuhan pneumonia) has new diagnosed cases, this branch office need to effectively control the epidemic and take care of the health of the public and colleagues. From now on, all colleagues in this branch office will wear the masks. When entering the agency, please be sure to be detected the body temperature and also spray alcohol on your both hands. We appreciate your kindly understanding if there’s any inconvenience!

According to the doctor's advice, please take care of your health at home if the forehead temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees.

Also, please note that you need to wear the mask when coughing or sneezing and taking public transportations and wash your hands frequently. If your body temperature exceeds 38 degrees and feel unwell, please seek for medical treatment as soon as possible. ⁣

SOP for measuring body temperature

• Everyone in consultation with the public needs to take a body temperature and put into record, and persuades disinfection of hands with alcohol spray.
• If the public does not wear the mask, a mask will be provided and the body temperature will be checked on the record form.
• After measuring 15 people with ear thermometer or forehead thermometer, these devices will be disinfected with alcohol.

If the people's body temperature exceeds 38 degrees, we will persuade them not to enter the office for public consultation. If they insist on entering the public consultation, the relevant locations should be sprayed with alcohol spray disinfection after their public consultation.
