You can reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some simple precautions:

• Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

• Avoid crowed places, including hospitals. Maintain at least 1 meter distance outdoors and 1.5 meter distance indoors between yourself and others.

• Wearing a mask when coughing or sneezing and taking public transportations.
