Administrative enforcement may damage personal rights and interests; it shall be handled carefully, especially when real-time and compulsory, which tends to require emergent handling. To be cautious, Article V, Item 3 of the Administrative Execution Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") stipulates that enforcement staff shall voluntarily show obligatory parties credentials proving their identity when undertaking enforcement, which protects the public from illegal or inappropriate enforcement. "Credentials proving identity" shall not be limited to ID cards, employee identification or other identification; service identifications or other credentials proving authority to undertake enforcement shall also be included. Reference Law: Article V, Item 3 of the Administrative Execution Law.
