What are the duration and criteria for the approved enforcement installment benchmarks?

(I) If enforcement amount is equal to or less than NT$0.2 million for regular events, payment can be made in 2-6 installments.
(II) For NT$0.2 million to NT$1 million for project events, 2-8 installments.
(III) For NT$1 million to NT$3 million for project events, 2-16 installments.
(IV) For special project events with enforcement amounts above NT$3 million, payment can be made in 2-36 installments. If a situation can be deemed special, based on certain facts, and one is unable to complete payment via the respective highest number of installments allowed and needs postponement, one can seek department head or authorized director approval. However, maximum installments shall not exceed 36.
The enforcement amount referred to in Item I shall mean the original payment total due (or original fee/fine) in the name of enforcement, along with surcharge, interest and other total amounts that shall be paid. Installments referred to in Items (I) and (II) shall mean monthly installments.
